Founder & Owner — The Laser Cleaning Shop LLC
I started The Laser Cleaning Shop after spending two years trying to restore a 1976 Airstream Argosy — and discovering there wasn't a single mobile laser cleaning operator in New Jersey. Rather than settle for that, I studied the industry thoroughly. I learned the technology from the ground up, connected with experienced operators across North America, and put in the training hours to do this right.
I'm currently completing my certification as a Laser Safety Officer, and every job I take on is backed by that training. I personally handle every project — no subcontractors, no crews. When you call or text, you're talking to me. When I show up, it's me.
Drag the handle to reveal before and after. From rusted metals and stained brick to automotive panels — this is what laser cleaning looks like.

Yes — pulse laser cleaning is non-contact and non-abrasive. Power settings are adjusted based on material sensitivity and we can test on a small area first. It is widely used in historic preservation precisely because it does not damage the original substrate.
